Overview
Each table (e.g., users, titles, projects) in ScopeJolt can be viewed as a list. By default, each list shows 20 records. You can page through all results with the controls at the bottom. As an admin, you control which fields are shown on the list (see List View section) and what roles see which fields (see Access Section).
Creating a New Record
To create a new record from a list view click the new button in the top right. If you don't see a new button that means you don't have access to create records of this type.
Filtering
You can filter a list by any of the fields that are shown. To create a filter click the filter icon in the top left.
This will open up the condition builder. The first bubble is the field you want to filter on. The 2nd bubble is the operator and the third is the value you want to filter on. You can do multiple OR / AND conditions. Once you are ready to run the filter click the Run button in the top section of the list. Your filter will be filter to just the results that match.
Exporting
Every list can be exported. Simply click the export button in the top right. There is a limit of 1000 records. If you need more records to be exported, please reach out to support.
