User Hierarchy
The user hierarchy consists of Departments, Titles, and Users. A Department has multiple Titles, and Titles have multiple Users. For timesheets to be created, both the work and user hierarchies must be set up. Once you have a Client, Project, Task, Department, Title, and User set up, you can start using timesheets in ScopeJolt.
