Work Hierarchy
ScopeJolt has a three-tiered work hierarchy: Client, Project, and Task. Each step has a many-to-one relationship: Clients can have more than one Project, and Projects can have more than one Task. Time entry is done at the task level. To complete your first timesheet, you must have at least one Client, one Project, and one Task. Additionally, you must have a User hierarchy set up. How you use the work hierarchy is up to your organization. For example, you may decide to have only one task per project or to track every piece of work separately and open dozens of tasks for each project.
